My Story
Hello, I’m Aleah Allen. My journey to becoming a Mental Health Therapist began after the loss of a family member, a moment that revealed the deep need for accessible mental health care within the Black community. Witnessing how many individuals and families struggled without adequate support inspired me to dedicate my career to being part of that change.
I chose to focus my practice on children because I believe early emotional support can shape a
healthier, more hopeful future. I work with young clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief,
and adjustment challenges, using trauma-informed practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT) designed specifically for children.
My personal mission is to help every client achieve a better quality of life, one where they feel
understood, supported, and empowered to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
My goal is for children and families to know they are not alone, and that healing and growth are
always within reach.
