Welcome to the professional space of Ereca Sutton. As a retired U.S. Army Information Technology Specialist with a distinguished career in security-sensitive military environments, I bridge the gap between technical expertise and human-centered support. Throughout my service, I specialized in Information System Security and senior-level help desk operations, where I learned that success is defined not just by resolving technical tickets, but by supporting the people behind them.

Transitioning from military service to civilian life has given me a unique perspective on the challenges our veterans face. My career has been built on reliability, active troubleshooting, and the clear, compassionate communication required to lead in fast-paced environments. Through both my professional experiences and personal journey, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of mental health, resilience, and emotional well-being—especially within military and veteran communities.

I am passionate about promoting awareness of mental health challenges, reducing stigma, and encouraging veterans to seek the support they need to thrive. I am deeply committed to leveraging my professional and personal experience to advocate for my fellow veterans and ensure they have access to the resources, guidance, community, and mental health support necessary to succeed in their next chapter.
